Immunizations

immuni2Is my child up-to-date immuni1

  on his/her immunizations?

All students attending school are required to follow immunization requirements that are set by the state.  Each state may have different requirements.  Students who transfer in from out of state may not be in compliance with South Carolina guidelines. The nurse will be able to review the immunization records to determine if your child is up to date by our guidelines.  You may also take your records to your doctors office or to the health department to have them transferred to a S.C. form.
